In my undergraduate and graduate studies, I performed basic cancer and drug analyzes with my experience in mammalian cell culture. During my master's degree, I learned and experienced how to use molecular dynamics simulation and various bioinformatics tools. In this process, I worked as a scholarship student in the COVID-19 project. During my PhD, I conducted studies on foodborne pathogens and antimicrobial peptides. In my ongoing doctoral process, I have determined my area of expertise as breast milk-based studies and biotechnological developments in infant nutrition. I am open to studies on health and food biotechnology.
