He runs courses, workshops, presentations and consultancy in the best cafes and roasteries in Poland.Błażej is a certified trainer of the Coffee Skills education system since 2017. The program of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).He is licenced Coffee Quality Institue Q-Arabica Grader since 2021.He was certified sensory judge of World Barista Chamiponships between 2014 and 2019. He conducts training that entitles him to receive the internationally recognized SCA certificate in the field of:- Green Coffee- Sensory Skills- Barista Skills- BrewingBetween 2016 and 2019 he was the education coordinator of the Polish branch of Specialty Coffee Association.Between 2013 - 2018, he worked in one of the best Polish coffee roasteries - Coffee Proficiency.
