• Working under a recruitment team to perform the full cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing CVs (LinkedIn, Facebook,...) and contacting candidates.• Formatting CVs of candidates before sending them to Freecracy's clients. Headhunting. • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.• Post open positions on the company's website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).• Update the candidate database with a new contender's profile. • Conduct interviews in English to assess candidates' English.
