Lead E2E operation of Viet Nam Whole pepper Spices including Cleaning and Steam sterilizer Plant.Total Cleaning and Steam sterilizer volume of more than 70,000 tons per year.Own manufacturing-related costs and share responsibility for plant P&L and growth plan. Oversee manufacturing functions including operational metrics, quality control, environment, health and safety, the HACCP system and operational excellence practices.

Account Management: Making commercial pushing plans, implementing, analyzing, and monitoring partners' performance to achieve business goals such as sales, brand awareness, and operational standards.Promotion Management: Coordinating with relevant departments to utilize onsite sources (Flash sales, Deal hunting, Campaigns, Marketing Programs, and Packages) as well as offsite sources (Affiliate Marketing, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads) that support the aforementioned objectives.Problem-solving: Working directly with business partners to analyze and handle their commercial and operational issues.Campaign management: Coordinating with the Campaigns and merchandise teams to enhance competitive prices and traffic with other E-commerce platforms on Big sales and mini-sale days. Planned and managed marketing campaigns with an out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bringing satisfaction to business partners.

Manage two Steam sterilization plants to reach targets such as volume, costs, product quality, OEE, safety, etc. Oversee manufacturing functions including operational metrics, production volume, quality control, environment, health and safety, the HACCP system, and operational excellence practices.“CAN WE” project leader: drive all improvement projects at Olam Long Binh spicesMonthly compiling and analyzing the operation performance KPIs of two Olam Spices plants such as HSE, Quality, Business growth, Effectiveness, Cost Efficiency, Continuous improvement, sustainability, etc.Perform other duties/projects as assigned by the BOD.

Learning about the Production, Quality & Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Engineering of Olam Spices and vegetable Ingredients – Long Binh Industrial zone (Bien Hoa City) and Olam Coffee Outspan COVL – Nhut Chanh Industrial zone (Long An province).
