• Manage a team of staff members, including training new employees, ensuring staff coverage, delegating roles, task, and responsibilities in daily flow, and problem solving to On-Site Support staff as needed.• Ensure that the required patient information is being taken, updating, and maintaining patient electronic records in databases and transporting specimens from the collection area to the lab.• Manage daily relations with onsite vendors including but not limited to security, janitorial, clinicians and waste disposal to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.• Responsible for flow facilitation that increases productivity and enhances customer experience, especially during heavy traffic hours. • Monitor and manage daily inventory of supplies on site that are needed. • Responsible for daily site set up and break down.
