As a self-directed, team-orientated pharmacist practicing at the top of my license, I appreciate an organization that fosters professional growth through strong teams. Through my past experiences providing care for patients of all levels of acuity, age, and disease state, I have further developed my strengths of educating, multitasking, and adapting to the needs of others. For instance, I strive for opportunities to mentor students and new employees, discuss clinical topics, and provide interventions, all the while completing daily operations and troubleshooting issues. Therefore, my work ethic in my current and past roles has led me to be the go-to pharmacist for clinical questions and research topics. Besides the clinical and operational aspects of being a pharmacist, what I enjoy most are interprofessional and patient relationships: building trust and understanding to effectively work towards the best interest of my patients. This personal awareness to relationship building has led to direct lines of communication with providers and joyful collaborations on complex patient cases.
