Rose included work done for:Lesher Center for the Arts (Walnut Creek), Piedmont Police Department, BAC Training Facility (Livermore), Leading the Pack (Oakland) and numerous residential projects throughout the Bay Area.

My work with Advanced was a culmination and utilization of knowledge and skills gained over the previous decades worth of projects. Ninety percent commercial, ten percent residential. Typically 6-12 projects at a time, ranging from 200k - 1.2 million.Projects managed have included work for the Air National Guard, Department of Justice, Iowa County Courthouse, University of Wisconsin, Dane County Public Works, and Waste Water Treatment Facilities.

Provided bridge between architects and vendors. Made certain design intent was being achieved, at the highest possible building standards, while also ensuring budget and project schedules stayed on track. Was part of management team working on a 22,000+ sq. ft. residence in San Francisco.
