With over four years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, I have successfully supported and customized the Salesforce platform for as many as 400 users across sales, marketing, customer service, professional services, and hardware support. I have extensive experience using Lightning Flow to automate business processes and utilize Lightning App builder tools to streamline the UI, significantly increasing user engagement. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, I have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its best practices, and I have applied Salesforce release updates to keep the system operations running at their best. I have also gained proficiency in configuring the standard features of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud and extended their use with custom objects and managed packages. I have collaborated with team members, business stakeholders, and decision makers to scope requirements, propose solutions, and deliver company-wide initiatives. I have also created technical and end-user documentation, was well as training users on the delivered solution.
