Responsible for all PPAP/APQP paperwork, activities and submissions, coordinating internal and external activities based on customer quality and satisfaction, maintaining control of all sort company activities and reports, 8D activities and submissions, working with QC and other departments to improve our product quality and procedures, review and submit all customer required documents, as well as negotiations between our company and all customers and vendors. As of April 2015 my team and I are also responsible for customer service including, but not limited to, sales orders, shipping/warehouse activities, customer concerns and maintaining internal systems related to orders and shipping.

Responsible for negotiating with customers and vendors, providing support to the QC analysts, working with metrology to complete drawing measurement layouts for PPAP submissions, development of the PFMEA, control plans, SPC data and procedures. I learned how to read and interpret customer drawings, develop processes and procedures based on these drawings and other customer specified requirements in their supplier manuals.

Responsible for quality management reports, vendor quality reports and RMA's, tracking quality trends, reviewing customer returns and maintaining accurate records.

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance schedule of injection molding machines and support equipment. As well as developing procedures to maintain equipment, preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and procedures.

Responsible for the daily operations, quality, scheduling, and continuous improvement activities of the print department as well as two paint departments. I learned the basics of paint mixtures for plastic parts, paint testing, paint curing, using a 2K paint system, hand spray operations, and how the environment effects paint quality.

Responsible for the development of the department, daily operations, quality of products, troubleshooting, continuous improvement activities, and scheduling.I taught myself, through research and trials, the correlation between the environment and ink mixtures to achieve the best possible print quality within a desired cycle time.

Responsible for the daily operations of the assembly line, quality of the components, and reaching daily targets and goals.

Responsible for inspection and assembly of plastic in dash radio components.
