1.Sales : Being an Assistant Sales Manager, we need to implement the sales strategy to achieve company goals. So, we need to know our prospects and try to start an approaching and set a time line to close the case. 2.Customer relationship :Maintain good relationship is vital for getting more biz or repeated business from them. 3.Market Research : Conduct the research and get updated mkt information about the rates and competitor's information. Some feedback should be gained from existing customers. 4.Cooperation with other departments :We have a close cooperation with our cs, ops, warehouse team. It ensure a seamless logistics operation and support to our customers. 5 Administrative works: It is necessary for us to prepare quotations, proposal or contract to customers. But also need to update customers database and CRM system.
