Motivated and results focused General Manager who focuses on my employees and their happiness at work. I believe that if my team and I can have fun at work with each other, then that positive energy will create an atmosphere where guests love to come and companies love to host their groups and meetings. My goal is to build trust and a bond with my team that creates happiness for all our guests to enjoy. That in turn allows my staff to get to know our guests and to take care of them like family. Taking such great care of our guests is particularly important to me. As a team, we anticipate the needs of our guests along with being empathetic to their issues and immediately resolving any problems.I also pride myself on creating a stable environment with little turnover. Many of my staff have been at the hotel since I was hired 11 years ago. I have always spent the time to develop myself and my team and encouraged them to strive to be the best.Hampton Inn & Suites – Southern Pines/Pinehurst is a fantastic property tucked away in a fast growing area. The area is considered a golfer’s paradise and is the home of many US Opens and other championship golf events. Our meeting space is the largest of any hotel in the area at 3,400 square feet. We can take care of any of our guests’ needs and host many return groups due to the excellent service that we provide.
