Currently Experience Design Manager (previously Lead UX Researcher) at Activate Care, where our Community Health Workers work with Medicaid beneficiaries to find the resources they need to be healthy and coach them on self-efficacy more generally. As Lead UX Researcher I planned and led generative research projects with our clients, Medicaid beneficiaries, Community Health Workers, and individuals who use assistive technology to access the web and delivered findings and insights to teams across the company. I've also planned and executed a range of usability testing projects, both moderated and unmoderated, to drive user-centered design decisions. I love the collaborative opportunities this work affords! Prior, ten years researching and designing graduate curricula in human-centered design at Harvard Business School and, previously, facilitating multi-stakeholder urban planning processes at a range of scales.
