Develop and Lead SPS/SAP integration project to provide better understanding of the SPS principles to the bridge Run State team and to provide SAP knowledge to the SPS team in order to sustain the bridge implementations and process in a live facility. Drive Key User network meetings to assist and communicate coming changes to the system and answer any open questions that may exist. Develop Key Users and assist with solutions that may be outside of their current knowledge base. Key highlights: • Lead, and drive monthly meetings to update key stakeholders in SAP live facilities to allow for sharing of practices, asking of questions, and teaching of new processes / transactions that are coming to the plants.• Developed and lead integrated meetings to deep dive and explain SPS categories, using the resources from the SPS team, to ensure a clear understanding of SPS, as well as to provide guide additions to the scorecard for sustainment of the SAP procedures and processes (26 total guidebook additions have been brought by the team through the first quarter of the project). Participated in El Paso SPS Assessment to develop knowledge and drive compliance.• Understand the limitations of systems and the needs of the business to drive a solution to a common goal attainable by both groups, IPO and business.• Creation, development of, and facilitation of SPS Process workshops to help plants about to go live in SAP understand how all of their processes no matter where in the sequence have impacts and outputs to other domains.

Partner with local plants and Functional Experts during SAP implementation of the production execution domain to ensure the business needs are being considered and the solution delivered is as aligned as possible to the needs of the customer. Drive an understanding of key process and procedures inside of SAP through training, testing, and collaborative work simulations. Key highlights:• Lead and Co-Lead training classes to deliver technical and practical information to the end users, allowing for questions and hands on practice through the system.• Provide the ETO business point of view in determining and driving solutions within the Production Execution domain by considering the impacts to all plants for development activities. Led CHR for Barrier Report to assist with issues on orders.• Hypercare support of production and kitting activities on an off shift to support the needs of a deployment project.• Develop and drive to completion shop floor maps of production processes for better communication through the project• Test solutions developed through multi-phased testing campaigns in order to determine and provide confidence in the final solution for the business

Supported multiple lines on the shop floor while driving process improvement projects and maintaining a relationship between management and the shop floor. Lead engineer on Lean project to develop a layout that would assist the plant in preparing for SAP while improving productivity and reducing waste. Lead engineer on the transfer of 9 products from the Seneca facility to Monterrey, Mexico utilizing cross cultural resources and working around language barriers and across multiple time zones. Designed and rearranged the shop floor layout of the facility to increase production capability and throughput, while reducing waste and eliminating constraints. Highlights include: • Developed, designed, and drove to approval the shop floor layout needed to support future volume in the 18 Pulse production area (50% increase in production with only 25% increase in work stations)• Led and drove to completion utilizing outside contractors and inside resources multiple rearrangements including consolidation of floor space in order to incorporate Customer Inspection from another building, adding burn in capacity and equipment to better service the customer, as well as combine product lines to be more flexible and utilize resources more effectively.• Over the span of 1.5 years, transferred 9 product lines to Monterrey, Mexico. Utilized cross cultural team to accomplish line moves, export processes, building procurement and preparation in Monterrey, and removal of equipment in Seneca. Supervised teams of hourly associates during trips to Monterrey.• Drove SPS activities in Edmonton, Alberta. Performed internal audit for baseline understanding. Led cross-functional meetings to direct and guide all areas of the facility in SPS processes. Traveled quarterly to lead Kaizen events and assist in person with support.• Supervised and directed hourly interns to assist in allocating their time and effectiveness in the right areas and towards the right projects.

Quoted new business and drove new products inside the business from receipt of tool authorization to the start of production, including all necessary documentation for automotive industry, trial runs, tooling validation, and equipment justification if necessary.
