Operations Manager, Atlanta
CurrentResponsible for maintaining and ensuring operational excellence. Managing people, fleet, facility, and processes of the Farm, Driver, and Onsite teams. This includes but is not limited to:• Managing up to 70 team members and six supervisors, 32 vehicles, five warehouses, and one farm site.• Servicing up to 9,000 residential and commercial members.• Reviewing operational purchases, approving payroll, and approving vendor services.• Collaborating with senior leadership to identify, define and plan for opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, such as incorporating new technology solutions and right-sizing labor costs.• Planning, leading, and tracking cross-team and cross-department alignment across five unique market types to improve processes, operational efficiency and employee experience.• Building strong, professional relationships with my direct reports, cross-functional team members, senior leadership, commercial customers, and external partners.• Coaching and developing team leads.• Maintaining and ensuring operational excellence in as many as five markets: Atlanta, Asheville, Charleston, Raleigh/Durham, and Cincinnati.
