As an EA with many years of experience you kind of connect the dots in the background. This role is being underestimated, that is why I was passionate about becoming an ambassador for this community. The passion to constantly improve and simplify to make this company a better place to work brought me to a team that practices scrum. At the same time a part of the organisation is transforming to an agile structure. It is here where I have been offered to upskill to a scrum master and applying my coaching skills as a systemic organizational coach. In addition I completed the training of Proci as a change practitioner. That all rounds up so well that it feels so natural.
