I am a Scrum Master in a developer team in Asset Management IT. I hold a certificate I in systemic organisational coaching and continue to expand my knowledge in that field. I believe combining Scrum with coaching is an important element to unlock the potential of a team to work together and bring success.As an Executive Assistant I was gifted to broadly bring in my skills in various areas including a rotation in Aaset Management Finance. Additionally, I built a global internal assistant network that resulted in cost and time savings for the company for many reasons. I created a business case on how to best run an assistant pool.
