As the Director of Operations at Loews Hollywood Hotel, I oversee the daily operations of a 628 room luxury hotel with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability in a high volume environment. With over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have a proven track record of managing diverse and engaged teams in an array of disciplines including rooms, security, and all aspects of food & beverage to include culinary and nightlife. I have a strong background in fine dining, third party vendor partnerships, event management and hotel operations. I hold a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America, and I am a Certified Specialist of Wine. I have also received multiple honors, including the 30 under 30 Emerging Leader Award and Leader of the Year Award. I am driven by the mission of creating successful and motivated teams that are empowered to give exceptional guest service in every interaction.
