Reporting to the Senior Logistics Director.• Leadership of the Roadmap and Strategic Planning of digital products, through OKRs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Tech, Log., Sales and Digital Insights).• Increase of 30p.p. in NPS in Brazil, mainly as a result of strategic solutions implemented at RTM (Bees Consumer app, Flexible Delivery, Online stock, etc.).• Definition and implementation of a new Footprint strategy to serve the 1Mio POS base, creating a new model for offering delivery days to customers, which led to a 75% improvement in volume linearization, a 70% increase in days offered to customers, and a 5-p.p. increase in On-Time Deliveries.• Creation of an online stock visibility solution for customers, bringing predictability and a significant improvement in the level of service and customer experience through a 10-p.p. increase in In-full orders.• Creation of a new line of revenue from the construction and management of a delivery fee collection model that is responsible for bringing in more than R$25Mio/year.• Development of an integrated platform for the execution of Last Mile (Bees Delivery app), as the digital workstation for delivery teams.

Responsible for Logistics Execution and Services from 8 multifunctional areas (Track & Trace, Routing, Tactical Last Mile, Control Tower - Supply Chain Losses, COMEX, Co-Packer, Reverse Logistics and External Services (South Africa). Leading a team of 170 own FTEs and 80 3PD FTEs, working both on the supply chain execution of centralized operations and on the short- and long-term strategic construction of solutions related to the company's Supply Chain Execution. • Horizontal action in practically the entire Supply Chain Execution, interfacing with more than 300 operations and corporate teams in 6 South American countries. • Engagement of the direct team (170 FTEs) of 92%. • Leadership of the Supply Chain Losses PMO, delivering various structural changes in internal processes, blueprint, Technology and Governance Model that brought reductions of 34% in the Losses line (+R$110Mio). • Digital transformation of the COMEX process and centralization in Brazil of import and export operations of Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Bolivia.• Development and implementation of a real-time, intelligent monitoring solution and action by exception (a pioneering solution in Brazil), bringing significant gains in transportation fleet productivity.• Sponsor in the implementation of +50 Cross-docking Centers in urban centers in Brazil. • Responsible for designing and implementing a new revenue line for the sale of Transport Optimization services to AB-Inbev in South Africa.• Leader in Change Management at the Logistics Business Solutions Center, bringing structural changes to the organization chart, ways of working and management model that changed the level of tactical planning and execution.• Sponsor of a project in partnership with McKinsey which developed a new Logistics structure Sizing model based on data and algorithms that resulted in a gain of R$20 million through better use of the fixed structure of Urban Distribution fleets.

Responsible for the financial management of all Logistics Costs within the company's P&L, annually managing R$7Bi (Cost + Overhead) and R$200Mio CAPEX. Leader of the Financial and Budgetary Business Cycle (1YP, 3YP, 10YP, etc.), responsible for translating the company's strategy into Financial Guidelines and Targets for the Logistics, Planning and Procurement teams. Direct support for the VP of Logistics, managing all the area's reports, analyses and presentations.• Participation in the main short- and long-term strategic decisions made by the company's Board, being responsible for financial inputs and building Business Cases.• Construction of a methodology for reporting Logistics Costs, opening up the effects of results in Volume, Sales Mix, Price and Performance, helping business teams to tackle the right variables and bring financial gains.• Participation in the merger of AB-Inbev in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile and Bolivia with Brazil, leading the financial integration of Logistics cost, calculation of results, financial processes and Budget Business Cycle.• Best historical YoY Logistics cost results, delivering consistent Negative Organic Growth results and/or below the country's inflation growth.• Financial sponsor in Transport Optimization to increase Tax Incentives, bringing a gain of R$135Mio in 2 years.• Construction of a financial results trend methodology that reduced the dispersion of the logistical spend from 9% to 3%.

Responsible for managing price factors in logistics costs (Diesel, People Wages, Tires, FINAME, Fixed Costs, etc.). Management of contracts with dedicated operators, responsible for the negotiation, remuneration, relationship, development and performance of 30 dedicated operators spread over more than 100 CDDs in Brazil. Responsible for the relationship, negotiation and development of strategic projects with the main truck manufacturers and implementers in Brazil (Volkswagen, MBB, Volvo, Iveco, Randon, Facchini, etc.).• Building a strategic partnership with Volkswagen that gave rise to the 1st Electric Truck in Brazil, participating in the entire business case, working on the creation of the concept, tests, improvements and financial viability analyses.• Delivery of financial gains of R$70Mio related to prices factor efficiency projects and negotiations with dedicated operators in 1 year.• Negotiation and execution of annual purchases of logistics equipment, participating in one of the largest fleet purchases made by the company, working from the definitions of the footprint of the operations to the BID for the purchase of the vehicles; and later execution of the acquisition of more than 800 trucks.• Development and construction of strategic partnerships with new suppliers (TruckVan, Iveco, BYD, FNM).
