Business Team Member• Collaborated with three other members under our Co-Business Leads in order to manage all the communication and outreach activities for the organization.• Developed marketing campaigns to build brand awareness of the organization and recruit new members.• Curated relationships with various sponsors and raised approximately $8,000 through crowdfunding to cover project expenses in 2022. Team Member• Collaborated with other Virginia Tech students across multiple engineering disciplines in order to advance research in tunneling technology.• Supported the organization and construction of a tunnel boring machine which was selected out of nearly 400 applicants to participate in the Not-a-Boring competition hosted by Elon Musk’s The Boring Company.
