 Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer with total work experience of 10years with CAD Applications. Proficient in Software’s like Auto cad, Solid works & Pro-E . Good knowledge in mechanical design and product development from design concept to production through modeling, drafting, preparation of BOM and testing Responsible of handling documentation and keep track of instructions and specification to solve certain problems related to Missile. Worked on Conceptual Designs & Manufacturing drawings in Defence Projects like K4 & K5 Missiles. Performing various engineering work related to Designing, Modeling, Assemble and Drafting (Solid works) of Aerospace Components. Designing Airframes of Missile which is related to Composite & Aluminum material using solid works sheet metal. Maintaining configuration of total Missile & Generating Schematics 2D drawings within the Assemble condition for stages wise of Missile using Auto CAD tool. Packaging study to confirm the clearance, freeze the Design & Convert to the Drawings Designing Conformal Brackets for Electronic, Electrical & Pneumatic sub Systems. Mass & CG Calculation for individual components within the assemble condition & making data sheet. Generating Manufacturing drawings for components of Missile using solid works software. Design modifications and implementation as per ground test observations will be done through Engineer change Request (ECR) from Consult System managers. Generating the family tree from Configuration Sequence which is decided by Project for Assemble, Sub assemble & Part Drawing vise versa.  Involved in the discussion with the System managers for the development designs, Gathering the inputs from them for the design generations and development, will be done using CAD Modeling tool & converting into production drawings. Providing technical inputs & support to the team from conception to completion stage of Design & Production Drawings.  Responsible for converting 2D conceptual layout into 3D layout & maintaining assembly layout in 3D.
