Work with clients co-design and deliver human-centered design workshops to improve services. Supported Reshift/DTG multi-national team on USAID INVEST Colombia systems in the room workshops to impact women's financing system, 2021. Worked with USAID MERLIN, localworks, Africa, and Asia Bureau Offices of Health, and Michigan State University to co-create new projects through three to four day workshops. Locally, work with the Greenville Hispanic Alliance and their community teams; Upstate International on social media postings and small business trainer for ExPat Small Business Start-up Workshop; and a small business/non-profit mentor with SCORE, Piedmont Chapter.

Consulting with local and international clients. Member of facilitation team for five USAID funded co-creation workshops, Washington, DC (2 workshops), Accra Ghana, Bangkok, Thailand, and an advisor to USAID/PEPFAR, Pretoria, South Africa, using design thinking/human centered design approach and tools.
