As a consultant, I led teams to develop energy management strategies for small to medium scale industrial partners through cooperation and partnership with facility personnel. This work taught me the fundamentals of team management and project coordination, as well as how to be a quick learner. There were many projects I was in charge of where we were presented completely new processes and organizational strategies. Being adaptable enabled us to develop effective, customized efficiency opportunities and the development of implementation schemes. My teams delivered a detailed overview of facility energy consumption as well as proposed efficiency opportunities, implementation schemes, and their accompanying savings projections in a formalized, multi-page report.

As a referee, I was in charge of adjudicating football, volleyball, soccer and basketball competitions. This extended organizing and regulating participants, as well as de-escalating conflicts between athletes.
