Moved into management and was a Vice President and Senior account executive prior to founding a brokerage and securities advisory business in 1982, MacKenzie Capital Management LP, including a real estate brokerage and investment holding company, Patterson Real Estate Services LPMCM and its affiliated companies now manage private capital through syndicated investment funds and manage a publicly offered Business Development Corp. Affiliated entities manage an extensive Low Income Housing portfolio and has managed healthcare facilities for 23 years.
