Art therapy (mood paintings, self portraits, etc), music therapy, exercise (sports day, dancing, aerobics, catch). Anything to engage as many patients as possible. Planning and running English language lessons for a variety or abilities and ages. This involved visiting community centers, orphanages and young offenders institutes to deliver lessons. Supervision with a Sri Lankan psychiatrist at an outpatient addiction clinic and supervision with several psychiatrists on a male forensic psychiatry ward.Attended several workshops including: CBT in action, working with children from children homes in Sri Lanka, alternative therapy for depression (music, meditation, art etc), couples therapy for depression.
