I hold experience in a vast array of fields including education and engineering. I hold a Master's of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in French. I have experience in education at a high school level having worked in the Mathematics department at Doral Academy Charter High School for 3 years. Here I learned to work with a diverse group of students, communicate complex information in different ways, and work towards educating the generation of tomorrow. After working here I decided that I wanted to enter a field to make a difference in people's life in a different way then just education. I began to pursue genetic counseling and am currently undergoing my Master's graduate training at the Medical College of Wisconsin with an anticipated graduation date on May 2024. I look forward to entering the field and contributing to its advancements in the years to come.
