I have always enjoyed collaborating with others in team-based settings because building relationships creates further opportunities for me to learn everything I can. I am driven to continuously improve myself in all regards whether that be in social, educational, or employment settings. I am a thoughtful and motivated individual with interpersonal skills that I will continue to sharpen and demonstrate in my career. My past experiences have helped to shape the person I am today.I am a recent graduate from Miami University with a B.A. in History. Through the past four years I have acquired the skill to critically assess information presented to me, gather sufficient research to back my findings, and communicate my ideas in a classroom as well as to customers, employees, or my employer. For many years I have worked alongside others in hospitality and educational environments, many times growing from a novice in the position to leading and instructing others how to become more efficient themselves. With this I have real life experience, however, it doesn't stop me from considering new perspectives and furthering my desire to learn from those around me. I am confident my abilities, work experience and school studies will assist me to swiftly acquire new knowledge and effectively incorporate that into my professional pursuits. Through my ambition and tenacious work ethic I am ready to confront whatever comes my way.
