After 17 years in corporate working in sales & marketing, I transitioned from working on other's dreams to working on my own. Real Estate Investing in mostly small multifamily and single family homes was a passive investment strategy for me to make some "mailbox money" and supplement my 9-5. in 2018, After making a smooth $110k in 1.5 years by not doing much besides hiring a property manager and cashing checks, I was sold on the idea of making real estate the main thing. Today, I get to help others in the space I was in a few years ago while pursuing my dreams.
