BellRock Brands is a cannabis multi-state house of brands and intellectual property focused CPG operator that possesses one of the industry’s broadest branded product portfolios. BellRock consists of two iconic cannabis brands, Mary’s Medicinals (a pioneer in the Health & Wellness segment since 2013) and Dixie (a market-leading cannabis-infused edibles brand since 2010). BellRock has 250+ employees in four primary states. Responsible for all legal, real estate and compliance matters, human resources, investor relations and corporate governance, advising the board and CEO and serving as the company’s corporate secretary. Managed in-house legal, compliance and human resources departments along with managing outside counsel for all legal matters, including U.S. and Canadian counsel, and oversaw and managed the business development team.

Real estate practice focused on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of various commercial real estate assets, including apartment and office buildings, sports complexes, hotels, shopping centers, and vacant land. Advised private companies on corporate matters, including partnership agreements, formation of entities and general corporate governance. Served as outside general counsel to one of the nation's largest cattle feed manufacturers advising them on all corporate matters, including partnership agreements and corporate finance.Represented a large national REIT, on a portion of their retail and office portfolio negotiating small to anchor sized lease transactions for various properties across the U.S.Served as outside general counsel to the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum Authority, a joint powers authority established by the City of Oakland and the County of Alameda to finance and manage the Oakland Coliseum and Oracle Arena, where the Oakland Raiders, Oakland A’s and Golden State Warriors played. Served as lead counsel negotiating the last Oakland Raiders’ and Golden State Warriors license extensions. Represented MGM Resorts International in connection with their acquisition and relocation of the WNBA’s San Antonio Stars to Las Vegas. Provided general corporate and real estate advice to Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) in connection with their management and occupancy of the Pepsi Center and surrounding grounds.
