Now, as a Resource Recovery Specialist at Cleanaway, I am excited to utilise my acquired skills and knowledge to assist commercial and industrial businesses in achieving their waste reduction targets.In tandem with my academic journey, I was involved with a local bush care group, gaining hands-on experience in conservation, bushland protection, flora identification, and earning certifications in first aid and pesticide use. Balancing these commitments alongside a bustling family life, including raising two young children, has sharpened my time management skills—a crucial asset in both academia and professional endeavors.My ability to juggle diverse responsibilities has been recognised, earning me a spot on the 2020 Faculty Commendation List during my inaugural year at university.
