• Welcome guests as they arrive and provide a comfortable seating arrangement• Comply with all food and beverage handling standards, regulations and best practices • Verify customer’s identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age• Actively and accurately take orders, provide suggestions, serve food and monitor guests’ experience• Carefully note and correctly adhere to dietary restrictions • Consistently keep workstations clean, organized and sanitized as per company policies, local and federal laws• Effectively handle customer complaints and special requests• Process payments in cash, debit, credit and other available tender; operate cash registers ensuring a balanced transaction at the end of the shift; report daily sales verbally and in writing• Retain record of stock and order supplies ensuring items are readily available at all times• Report all equipment-related problems and maintenance issues to supervisor
