Working as a Full Stack Developer on a Micro-services Architecture for a Client using Spring-boot , Graph Database(Elasticsearch,Neo4j) and JBPM(Guided Decision Table). The Rest Service exposes Swagger for documentation. The design allowed the product to sell any kind of service to its clients.

Client - Essilor1. Software Development - An inhouse product called Optutive developed by the Taxus Team. The software takes care of the complete life cycle of lenses company from taking an order to its manufacturing and finally the delivery to customer. The product was a web-based application developed with Spring framework and oracle in the backend. A lot of code were implemented in oracle procedure to improve performance. The teams responsibility is to complete the task allocated on Jira(Project Tracking Tool).The team follow an agile software development methodology and daily stand up to update the status. Achievements: As the DB server was installed in US the team used to take 45 minutes to start the server after changes that needed server restart. Was able to bring down the time to 7 minutes.Challenges: Due to time zone difference the team had to work in both the time zones. 2. Release Management with Micro Services Architecture- Planning and implementing Agile software development methodology with monthly releases and daily standups. Part of my job was to make sure the release is planned and ensure the code reaches the respective environment on time. Getting daily update on the status. Using tools like Jira , Bamboo , NG Stat(Self Developed) to monitor and prioritize task for early identification of dependency and bottlenecks as early warning system. Setting process to ensure only valid and approved code reach production. Coordinating activity related to PATCH to production. Achievements : Managing release for a Micro service environment is a different ball game altogether. It is very important to identify all the related micro service change to any functional Change , improvement or bug fix. Developed 2 web based Project.Challenges: There were a few challenges in taking up Sprint releases and customizing practices for better results.3.UAT Assistance: Facilitating users with project related access and issues for them to approve the code change

Interacting with user(in house) to understand their requirement and providing a working prototype using agile software methodology. Selecting technology and tools based on the scope to the project.Constantly improving the understanding with demos and feed backs.Scheduling time for coding ,testing and UAT.

Understanding requirement after interacting with the team leader, taking approvals of the prototype, write code as per coding standards, test the modules and release. Writing functional and technical document. Bug fixing and maintenance.

Evaluate calls of CSR and score them. Give feed back that will help them give first call resolution.

Provide Assistance to Customer Service Executive. Helping them in with first call resolution.

Handle Escalated Call of the customers for a US Client. Provide immediate resolution to customer complains and call back.

Provide Support and Service to customers of a US client.Providing solutions to all the customer query and issues using a client provided software.

Write software code that would read data received through market research questioners and produce output for the market research executives to take important decision to improve the product or the advertisement.
