• Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children. • Possesses the skills and abilities necessary to achieve work objectives.• Participates as a functional HR representative which includes the HR Service Desk.• Fosters and maintains positive relationships with the HR Service Center team.• Participates in the HR Service desk functions. Becomes a viable resource in resolving customer issues brought to the service desk by developing and possessing excellent process knowledge and strong skills in influence and negotiation.• Assists in troubleshooting issues that require special handling. Ensures Service Desk responds to customer inquiries and problem-solving in a professional and effective fashion. Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization• Follows various procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the HR Service Center and HR Service Desk. Works on customer issues to create effective and long-term problem resolution using indepth knowledge of HR practices and programs.• Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintains working knowledge of organizations systems and processes.* Works with the HR Implementation and Improvement Team to ensure that client needs are met. Becomes a resource and service to the HR Global Design and Development Team.• Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.• Partners with the SBP.
