Works on customer issues to create effective and long-term problem resolution using indepth knowledge of HR practices and programs.• Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintains working knowledge of organizations systems and processes.* Works with the HR Implementation and Improvement Team to ensure that client needs are met.
