My mission is to empower educators, staff and community members to improve outcomes for children in education and foster a healthy school climate. I do this by promoting a learning environment where the child is encouraged to develop the skills necessary for lifelong learning. I have had a career as a school administrator, program developer and Elementary Education Teacher in public schools, private sector companies, non-profit organisations and educational institutions and am passionate about creating a safe place for children to learn
