Seeking work opportunity as an individual contributor healthcare analyst.Currently supports the electronic regulatory submission of Medicaid encounters to Oregon and Washington states, utilizing primarily an Oracle-based claim data warehouse and SAS Enterprise Guide. Applies working knowledge of healthcare data including encounter, provider, membership to claim-based EDI standards plus state-specified Medicaid requirements. Also worked as a data analyst, using mostly Teradata, SQL and SAS, in close collaboration with an I.T. consultant to maintain the research data warehouse and multi-site virtual data warehouse for varied data contents including encounter, diagnosis, procedure, provider, enrollment, lab results, decedent data. Tested ETL and script modifications by I.T. for accuracy and completeness and compliance with business requirements. Coded SQL script changes / corrections / enhancements as required.
