- Contract Administration, Submission- Personnel Scheduling. Flight schedule planning, visa application and booking of air ticket.- Project Planning- Procurement- Budget and Cost Control- Project Logistic- Document Control. Liaising with Engineer on the data package compilation- Liaise with Finance on Project Costing- General office admin.- User support on pc application software- Implementing of emails and internet in the company and general training for personnel.- Quotation, Letter & Sourcing.- Monthly report- Implementing of new working procedure in the company and training.- General knowledge of ISO Standards.- Executive of any other task as assigned by the Executive Manager and Senior Mooring Manager.
