Discuss with technical support team to improve products' qualities.Half year appraisal on operator performance. Submit reports to managers after appraisal.Perform others jobs and reports requested by manager.Feedback to customer regarding the issues.Give the best problems solving to customer on their quality issues.Maintain relationship with all customers in order to gain customer satisfaction and integrity.

Lead quality group of SMT department, including technicians and operators. Assist senior quality engineers and report daily process of production quality status.Communicate in all departments upon quality issues. Daily attend customer quality problems.Train and teach quality technicians in software programming and hardware in quality machines.Attend daily meeting in customer complaint and feedback regarding products quality issues.
