Ms. Lanier offers over 7 years of property management expertise and 15 years of management. Throughout her career, Ms. Lanier demonstrated exceptional strength in leasing, property marketing, staff training and development, and capital project management.Ms. Lanier performance with the companies she worked for led to high occupancy rates. A good accomplishment she obtained was as a Property Manager at a property that occupancy was 92%. The property for two years occupancy stayed 95% and below until she arrived. Ms. Lanier implemented various marketing and leasing strategies with her team that helped increase occupancy to 99.5% occupied within six months.Committed to increasing professionalism in the multi-family management industry. Ms. Lanier continues to update her skills and knowledge through participation in professional courses and seminars dealing with property management. Ms. Lanier received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and Masters of Management and Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix; she also has a Certificate in Project Management and is currently completing her Doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
