I recently obtained my insurance agent certification and launched my own life and health insurance business, offering customized solutions and guidance to individuals and families. I am building on my bachelor's degree in human resources management from Davenport University. My goal is to help others achieve their personal and professional goals, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.I am well versed in multiple facets of business; supporting a staffing and recruitment agency by scouting talent and various clients, and ensuring quality service and satisfaction. Additionally, I leveraged my administration, leadership, and customer service skills to develop high performance teams, gain payroll experience , handle invoices, as well as to communicate effectively with candidates and employers with my time at Planet Fitness. I contributed greatly to the growth and development of the Owosso team, providing training, coaching, and feedback.
