Craig is a Toronto-based commercial litigator who specializes in class proceedings, product liability litigation, securities regulation and corporate commercial disputes. He has appeared at all levels of the Ontario, New Brunswick and Quebec courts, as well as the courts of British Columbia and Newfoundland. He has also appeared at the Supreme Court of Canada on multiple occasions. He was trial and appellate counsel in one of the largest class action trials in Canadian history, and is a frequent media commentator on matters related to commercial litigation. He is the co-author of "Enforcing Foreign Judgments in Canada" (a practical guide to judicial enforcement in Canada), and a contributor to Bullen & Leake's "Canadian Precedents of Pleadings". He has received multiple industry awards and is a regular faculty member at The Advocates Society.
