As a Trust & Safety Associate at Gametime, I utilize my cyber forensics skills and knowledge to review various escalations and provide feedback and resolution to Fan Happiness agents. I have been working in this role since November 2021, and I am passionate about ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all fans who use the platform to buy and sell tickets for live events.Prior to joining Gametime, I was a Senior Customer Support at Gametime United and a Customer Care Advocate at Carvana, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, coaching, training, management, and account management. I am proficient in using various customer relationship management (CRM) tools and have a strong problem-solving and communication ability. I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in cyber/computer forensics and counterterrorism at Southern New Hampshire University, which aligns with my interest and career goal in the entertainment industry.
