* Support a region of clubs(approximately 12-20 Clubs)* Ensures clubs are delivering on the “GoodLife Promise” for Members, Prospective Members, andAssociates as they enter the club as well as throughout their visit to the club*Assist with initial onboarding and ongoing training of Club Leaders, Motivators, JUMP! and FitnessAdvisors through coaching, motivation, encouragement, job shadowing, in club training, foundationtraining and accelerated training.* Maintains a high level of communication and teamwork with Divisional Managers, Personal Training Regionals, other departments and all club associates.* Perform administrative functions related to responsibilities including Learning Management System administrator duties, learning tracking, and reporting.* Analyze all critical KPI’s and learning gaps within the region to identify what training needs to happen* Conduct Opportunity Visits and Engagement Visits as needed* Assists with New Club Openings, Acquisitions, Operational changes, Club closures in their region* Shadowing facilitation of Learning Programs and providing feedback as requested

* Hire, performance manage, train, develop and coach a region/team of Learning Specialists* Support and work in partnership with the Learning Design Team to develop learning programs* Oversee the facilitation of all GoodLife training programs requiring face-to-face or live facilitation* Oversee all new Associate training and Manager training* Responsible for Foundation and accelerated learning programs* Conduct evaluations of Learning Specialists and other facilitators* Partner with Divisional Managers and Personal Training Regional’s to ensure that all Associate and Club Leadership training is conducted to company standard* Main contact regarding all Learning Programs* Facilitate Learning Programs as required and responsible to act as a Learning Specialist in 1-3 clubs and will cover Learning Specialists holidays.* Maintain records of the ROI of all Learning Programs* KPI tracking of club results so that we put our Learning Specialist in the right areas proactively rather than being overly reactive* Clear communication with all stakeholders * Additional functions are identifying and closing learning gaps, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

* Responsible for the financial management of the club to include achieving all club revenue goalsand controlling all expenses to achieve budgeted Net KPI goals* Ensure a high level of member retention which will result in a continued growth of membership* Achieve sales targets, selling new members Personal Training starter packages* Achieve revenue goals in other department that operates within you club* Operate the club within staffing budget* All controlled expenses connected with membership sales/service and club usage* Responsible for all members concerns being handled with professionalism and care* Responsible for ongoing equipment and facility maintenance reporting* Responsible for club cleanliness through passing Facility Audits* Provide leadership to all associates to ensure a high level of associate engagement and a strong sense of teamwork throughout the club* Must keep the company vision alive throughout the club* Responsible for club programs adhere to company standards to include member experience,JUMP, Group EXercise, Tanning and Pro Shop* Promote continuous learning
