-Hired, trained, supervised, and coordinated professional development for 8 full time Education & Career Services staff members including HSE teachers, Training and Placement Coordinators, employment specialists, and an education coordinator, as well as 10 part time or seasonal staff and interns.-Managed the execution of six programs and services to ensure that programs meet funding outcomes and that budgets were accurate and fiscally sound.Oversaw the Harlem Justice Plus program, which included supervising program staff, maintaining collaborative relationships with city MOCJ and DOP, workshop development and facilitation, engagement with community partners and recruitment of participants.Implemented and maintained the Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG-NY) program in assigned office, this included program design and planning, curriculum planning, communication with local and national partners, development of leadership opportunities for youth 17-24, crisis management, and coordination of education and career services for a program serving 230+ youth. Collaborated with the Director of Education & Career Services in the Brooklyn office to ensure all academic programming was consistent across locations.Co-managed the CASES SYEP Vulnerable Youth contract, providing approximately 300 participants with summer employment. This included hiring and training seasonal staff, budget management, worksite recruitment yielding 400 work slots each summer, application review, supervising orientations and job placements, processing payroll, and communicating with referral partners and city agencies.Established and maintained external partnerships with workforce development agencies, employers, internship providers, HSE programs, vocational training programs, etc.Assessed and maintained the data integrity of six programs and services over three databases.
