Experience within the Juvenile Justice system working for, Crossroads Juvenile Center (Brooklyn) & Horizons Juvenile Center (Bronx), in the Administration For Children Services under municipal government of New York City. Several aspects are covered from these perimeters which would be declared such to be: integrity; discipline; and maturity. Standing besides is the Office of Children Services along with the Department of Justice, representing the State of New York & United States of America, collectively. In terms of employment history there is a greater extent of education necessarily obtained. This education was received from the State University of New York Hudson Valley Community College & State University of New York at Delhi School of Technology. While concentrating in Criminal Justice in both collegiate settings would be giving third-hand experience according to a certain point-of-view. Employment History would be allowing for a point-of-view of second-hand experience. However, it is first-hand experience that creates candidacy an additional reality towards having honor in taking this career path in juvenile justice. First, it is integrity which would be the most dominating factor making itself a perspective, because without it would be impossible to settle in this field. Children are the future of our nation and to have integrity would be answering to their necessities as seen fit to do so. Next, would be discipline and this cannot be replaced for anything other than itself to assist oneself to help others. Without discipline it would be unessential for children to follow the directions from their adult authoritative figures. Finally, it is maturity that brings integrity and discipline together and every single individual can learn from such a person. These are things that are brought to the issues of hiring oneself which would be the definition of character for myself. having achieved a lot there are multiple things that are greatly needed.
