I was the Joint Staff subject matter expert/advisor for web policy, design, and content management I was Customer liaison with multiple Joint Staff Directorates at several levels. I have brought in to the production environment the EMC Documentum eRoom. I designed the layout and graphics for the Joint Staff Classified Vignette portal. I redesigned the Joint Staff Unclas web site (www.jcs.mil) – 140,000 hits daily. I supported all Directorates (J1 - J8, and DOM) and maintained and implemented an interactive web based tasker application for the Joint Staff. This included application development tasks through the entire life cycle development process from the initiation phase to the operations and maintenance phases. Additionally, I worked with the JSIL engineers to deliver the JSIN-U JSEP Portal where my primary task was to ensure that integration test activities were sufficiently defined, designed, assigned, and scheduled, and delivered on time.
