• Member of Global Infrastructure Support Team whose primary responsibility is the design, implementation and availability of the Active Directory Enterprise.

• Assisted Active Directory and Windows Platform Engineering teams in designing, testing and upgrading the Windows Infrastructure to Windows 2012 R2.

• Project to Migrate servers from an old Network Core to a newer upgraded Gig speed network core.
• Liaising with various Business Heads, Application teams and Data centre Management staff to allow for resources, and testing.
• Liaise with the DNS and Firewall Teams for server with access rules to users / customers, on external networks.
• Built, tested and handover VMware ESX hosts.
• Work with the VMware server team to ensure ESX Host Servers and VM instances can be migrated without any outages’ to business.
• Also worked with the rest of the 3rd Level Wintel team in resolving calls within the Remedy and operations queue, when required.

• Project to Clean up server access across the file server Cluster for the entire Deutsche Asset Management Division of Deutsche Bank. A Total of 700 GB.
• Creation of New Access Control Groups (ACL) as per the Bank’s Guidelines.
• Create a new file structure as per Business Owner Cost Centres.
• Archival and deletion of Redundant Data.
• Liaise with the various Security / Audit departments and clear all parts of the project before implementing system-wide changes.
