1. Managing RM/PM requirements of the company in total. Imported as well as indigenous. Providing the required material with the effective cost when needed by making no room for shortage or stoppage of production duly looking for the best profitability of the Co. 2. Marketing of certain Bulk Drugs being manufactured by the Co.,3. Feeding the requirement of the total group consisting of 6 own units and 07 Loan Licence units managing about 2500 items4. Provide the materials as per given planning and Following up with the Loan Licences suppliers, etc. 5. Constant look out for import substitutes, alternate materials and suppliers for cost effective Purchase i.e. by entertaining new suppliers for knowing the market trend, as regards material availability, price, quality and keeping the same information in mind, negotiates with the existing suppliers; thus, keeping the total suppliers to the minimum numbers and gaining their confidence and proper services.6. Coordinating with Q.C., R & D, of all units for updating the new products, FDA regulations and to know if there are any complaints on the items being supplied, etc. 7. Liaison with third party and loan licence manufacturers for material requirements and production follow up.8. Coordinating with finance for L/C.Establishment and payments.9. Motivating and training subordinates
