Reviewed research papers on SOTA sentence transformers and developed and optimized aML tool for fuzzy matching U.S. law descriptions with their file path location, a key component in a pipeline for automating financial institutions' and other client's regulatory compliance processes. Achieved 98% Top-5 accuracy for a dataset of 1.3 million file path and description pairs.

Created, tested, and chose machine learning and regression models which predict rail corrugation and remaining service life using audio data for two separate light rail systems: Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and Seattle SoundTransit. Provided research product for the development of New York State Department of Transportations new five-year strategic plan, helping lead a SWOT session at their headquarters in Albany and conducting survey research on the performance and strategic direction of 26 US state DOTs.
