Provided research product for the development of New York State Department of Transportations new five-year strategic plan, helping lead a SWOT session at their headquarters in Albany and conducting survey research on the performance and strategic direction of 26 US state DOTs.

Developed the Upside's REST API using PHP and mySQL. Managed improvements in structuring data, user analytics, and match automation, laying the groundwork for ML integration.
