Responsibility includes assisting adults who have developmental disabilities and severe behavioral challenges to develop the skills necessary to achieve greater independence. Keep caseload charts in compliance with deadlines and Agency policy. Develop and implement Individualized Instruction and Support Plans. Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans and perform procedures and methods when behaviors occur.

Responsibilities included customer service, managing money transactions, Providing customer satisfaction and preparation of food and daily cleaning of the store. Complete tasks within the Human Resources department, such as interviewing, mediating interpersonal issues among staff.

Provide various types of care for disabled people, providing personal hygiene, taking the consumers into the communities and ensuring all paperwork is done and turned in on a timely manner.

Provided one on one with personal hygiene, housekeeping, and food prep and ensuring that they received all medical treatment when needed and maintained their stay at day program.
