Work Experience of 31+ years in ONGC in the areas of specialization like Oil Well Drilling, Exploration activities, Computer Programming, Information & Communication related activities. He has joined as Drilling Fluid engineer in 1983 in ONGC Assam, experienced in deep drilling areas both exploratory & developmental oil well drilling operations. He has actively involved in preparing annual exploration work plans for oil & gas well drilling and made timely recommendations for cost effective drilling fluid policy. He has also contributed in publishing PVT reports of Upper Assam areas, 12 reports on Geochemical Surface Prospecting of KG basin, integrated with G&G data & made valuable contributions for the probable areas for oil, gas & condensate areas of KG fields. He also made valuable efforts in the software group of RCC, ONGC, Chennai and made significant contribution in processing of Geo-Chemical prospecting data on Mainframe computers (By using inhouse developed software – developed in FORTRAN – IV).
