I always grow through experimentation and find that many things are not at all the same as when I was in the construction group, and that I will be able to start my own business at first and then deal with it with ease. All aspects of my potential have improved. I can clearly feel the change of myself from the beginning of my ignorance and youthfulness to this moment when I can independently and skillfully handle the large and small work of the company. This change is the growth that I have made over the past few years in exchange for my continuous efforts and serious study. Counting the work I have done, morning meeting, evening meeting, regular meeting, organizing three meetings a day, are some fragmented work, but the details determine success or failure, a thousand miles of dike, collapse in the anthill, I will seriously do my job every time. In this year I also realize my shortage, next I will work harder to make the company work better.
