Primary function is supporting the customer order process as well as ensuring all orders are captured and submitted to our central system from external client systems and portals. However as the availability can fluctuate all orders need to be checked/verified for fulfillment and substitutions or solutions offered if needed, to achieve this I liaise with customers directly and work with colleagues internally to create ad hoc solutions for clients often many times in a day. Further to the order management I also support the distribution team by ensuring accuracy in there delivery manifests for my clients and when ad hoc solutions are deployed ensuring that information is updated in real time to the dispatch team.

Once confirmed I would verify if the associate was previously know, in cases where they associate wasn't registered I would create a new account and enter associated campaign details. For records that were illegible I would escalate to the finance department for further investigation.
